Throw in OL Matt Shinn (also drawing D-I interest) and WR Lance Brown and you have the potential for one potent offense. Defensively, LBs Jesse Gonzales and Mitch Rosnagle, DBs Ernie Esparza and Devin Gage, and DL Scott Nastase are set to try and match the impressive 17.7 points per game they yielded last season. If they do, then the Grizzlies will not likely be stopping at a Baseline title, but also in the thick of the hunt for the Central Division title.
