The Oroville Tigers bring nineteen starters from their 2007 team, although we couldn't identify nearly that many returners, let alone starters. Strong defensive/offensive players include Jacob Corbaley TE/DE, Mike Hopkins DT/OT, Charlie McCullough LB/FB, Dillon Scism C/DT, Josh Workman G/DT and Garland Berry WR/S. The Tigers may be weak in the backfield. Even though they are physically tough, Oroville plays in the powerful Northern Section Eastern league that challenges teams of all sizes. "We are the smallest school in the league," said Coach Steinmann, "but [we] will compete."
