In fact, the Huskies scheduled the perennial powerhouse Central Catholic team, showing they are serious about their intent to be a state power. They return eight starters. They also retain many skill positions, but they lose all of their offensive line. This year's senior players had a very successful high school run, and the team adds a 8-2 junior varsity squad. Jon Garcia QB, Devin DeWitt LB, Brian Southers WR, Michael Allen WR/special teams and Dane Turner RB are hungry to prove themselves as leaders. Coach Scott Turner's goal is to repeat as section champion and win the bid for the state bowl game.
