Outlook: Eagles Coach Paul Tullis has thirteen starters back from a team that went 3-7 last year. All but five players are back from last seasons roster including key skill position talent. Austin Darby is back at QB and should be improved after getting valuable experience last year. Ryan Carpenter returns as a top WR. At RB James Carter proved solid last season, should take steps forward this year, and will have newcomer Brandt Steele around to give him a rest from time to time. The defense has a few key guys but could use more playmakers. The Eagles have the right to improve.
