Outlook: The Eagles won three times last year and will ask a lot of players to play both sides of the ball this year. Coach Jeff Ganske has RB Luis Montoya back, and he may see time on defense, too. Gabriel Morgan gets the nod at QB with top target Alfredo Rios back. On defense, the secondary should be solid with Martin Fernandez and Jose Carranza at Corner and David Saucedo at Safety. The lines have at least a couple of impact players back. The Eagles have some key guys in the fold, but they could use an impact newcomer to develop.
