Outlook: Among ten returning starters for Indians coach Wayne Johnson are key players in the backfield. Darren Ripple is back after passing for close to 1,000 yards last year. At RB Michael Paniagua scampered for more than five yards per carry last season, and should continue where he left off. Spencer Palacios is the blocking back, and Ian Calanora gets the nod at Tight End. On defense Angel Delgado leads the line, while Richard Diaz and Zaccheus Aquero start in the secondary. The Tribe can compete.
