Outlook: The Rangers have eleven starters returning, but they must fill key positions with newcomers. Keagan Kogut will take over at QB. He showed some skill in limited action last year, accounting for five scores via the air. At RB, LesRoy Clark will get the first look with Sophomore Chance Nelson waiting in the wings. Top WRs include Dwain Nicholas and D'Andre Thompson. The defense is a work in progress, but special teams should be solid. A lot of question marks must be answered in order to improve dramatically on a 1-9 season last year.
