Outlook: Rams coach David Bourquin returns seven starters from a team that won just once last season; he lost three-quarters of his 2007 roster. Moses Menchaca returns at RB, and Tanner Tuggle will start at QB. The defense will be led by Safety Dylan Bowen and LB Chris Beauchamp. The team is very young and inexperienced on a whole, and that is good news for the program down the line. This year, the Rams will likely be better towards the end of the season than at the start.
