Outlook: Last year the Hawks were rebuilding, this year they are experienced and have 18 starters returning. QB Marc Garrison is back, as is RB Trey Burrell and WRs Josh Denton and Stuart Flowes. As good as the offense may be, the defense has 10 starters back with a secondary that should make all of the plays. Newcomer Garrett Gusatphson could play a role at QB or DB. All things are a go for Hardin-Jefferson in 2008.
