Outlook: Coach Todd McVey's Knights have seven starters back for a team that won just once last year. Devin Burns moves to QB this season after playing last year at Wideout. Alex Long will get the call at RB after averaging about four yards per carry last season. On defense, Safety CJ Akins and LB Nate Carlisle are standouts. The Knights need a few newcomers to step up and make a major difference. The team is likely to improve as the year moves along, but it continues to be a rebuilding process.
