Outlook: Lions coach Kris Hogan is a realist. He knows that with 15 Senior starters gone, including all 11 on offense, the team is going to be down. The question is how big a drop they will take. Sophomore Pete Ashton is likely to start at QB with Jordan Dunnington getting snaps at RB. Newcomer Luke Steinman may see action behind center as well. Team speed will be to the benefit of the Lions. The team is also switching from Tapps Division Three to Tapps Division One. A few steps back is obvious, but young talent should get it going as the year moves along.
