Outlook: The Rangers won four times last year, posted an above .500 district mark, and now return 17 starters, including all but one starting defender. On offense, Peter Carreon is back at QB after combining to run and pass for more than 2,000 yards with 24 scores last season. Justin Lopez, Norberto Solis, and Alfredo Grajeda comprise a talented wide receiver core. The defense has standout players throughout the lineup with real talent in the secondary. Big time improvement is possible.
