Outlook: Fifteen starters are back for Tigers coach Jimmie Mitchell including Junior RB Dexter Downey. The largest school in the district will use Jeffrey Krenek under center this year. The defense is led by LBs Orie King and James Koy. Seth Jamison leads the secondary and Cass Mitchell anchors the LBs. Coming off of a 7-4 season, there is no reason competing for a district championship shouldn't be expected.
